I came across this bowl of beef glory on one of my favorite cooking blogs - Pinch of Yum. It is one of the quickest and easiest dishes to whip up in a hurry. The thin beef slices cook in seconds and are combined with fresh, crisp bell pepper slices and chopped spinach, and it's all tossed in a spicy sesame dressing.
Uhhhh yes please.
Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

I have a motto: Brie makes everything better. Feel free to disagree, but it's a fact.
I have another motto: Stuffed things are better than non-stuffed things. Also fact.
That's why you'll never see a plain chicken breast in my kitchen. I just won't live that way. It has to be stuffed, breaded, wrapped, drenched in sauce, or all of the above. I feel similarly about vegetables: the more flavor (and cheese), the better. Which brings me to this cheesy piece of art right here: sausage and brie stuffed mushrooms. Even the most timid non-cooks can ace this dish. It's incredibly easy and quick, and I'm convinced there's no way to screw it up. Ready to give it a try? Brie on three...one, two, three, BRIE [clap].
