Listen up - "brussels sprouts, kale and quinoa" doesn't sound like the most scrumptious thing in the world, I get it. But don't scroll past just yet. My husband claims to not like kale or quinoa, but this became a favorite meal of his the first time I made it. So give it a chance, won't ya? You won't regret it, I promise.
Note: when cooking the chicken, it can get really smoky so make sure to turn on your overhead vent to high. If you have a grill you can throw the chicken on there too!
