In my opinion, "bowls" are extremely underrated. You get to pile on as many delicious foods as you want into one bowl without judgment. I love making all different bowls at home - you have endless creative options. This one in particular is one of my favorites. It not only is delicious, but everything cooks in one oven side by side in 30 minutes or less. And I made a healthier version of garlic aioli using greek yogurt to top it off, and it did not disappoint. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do!
